NEW THIS YEAR! For those of you who cannot join us on auction day, or simply want to get a head start, we are introducing an online pre-bidding option. After looking through this year's offerings on the home page, you have the option to place a "maximum bid" on the items of your choice (just like on eBay). On auction day we will compare the online bids to those made in person. Throughout the live auction, bidding sheets will be updated to reflect online bids in $10 increments. (For example: if you place a maximum bid of $300 on an item and a live bid is placed of $250, your name and a bid of $260 will be added to the sheet. Live bidders will then have the chance to increase their bid. This procedure will continue until your maximum bid has been met or the auction time has ended.) In essence, we bid for your while you relax and win!
In order to place an online bid, please send an email to ambenner@gmail.com with the following information: item number, item name, your name, and maximum bid. Online bids must be placed by 11:59pm on Saturday, May 14, to qualify for the auction. All winners will be notified of their win at the end of the auction on Sunday, May 15.
