Ever dreamt of having your name framed in lights?  How about a tale of your beloved childhood dog?  Judy Putnam is here to help!  After a bried 10-minute discussion about your topic (a relationship, a place, a pet, an emotion, etc), Judy will craft a custom haiku poem that reflects your passion.  Four lucky bidders will have the chance to win custom haikus.

S6. Lunch on the Patio Overlooking Beverly Harbor


Summer is upon us, and dining al fresco is one of the most glorious ways to celebrate the warming weather and greening outdoors.  Join Bo and Joanne on Saturday, June 25, at 2:00pm for a luncheon of roasted salmon nicoise platter, hors devours, wine, dessert, and coffee as you take in the beautiful scenery of Beverly Harbor.  This is a luncheon for four, and is sure to be a grand time!

S13. A Day at the Range



From the earliest American settlers who relied on their marksmanship skills to feed their families to the brave men and women of our Armed Forces, the heritage of the American Rifleman is steeped in pride and tradition.  Come learn that tradition and the skills behind it in a safe and friendly environment with A Day at the Range.  Lead by Christopher Murphy, a licensed firearm instructor, you and a guest will be briefed in firearms safety, learn fundamental rifle skills, and have an opportunity to fire a variety of historical and modern firearms.

All supplies, materials, safety equipment and lunch will be provided.  The top two bidders, along with one guest each, will enjoy the outing.  This adventure is appropriate for mature children (generally 12 years and older).

See some of the interesting sites and learn a bit of the history of what was once a small colonial town.
This will include houses of the sixteenth century and the mill building of a very modern computer software factory, Ebsco. Cross the Ipswich River twice, one where General Washington crossed and the other where you'll get a beautiful view of Sylvania Falls. Have a photo taken in front of the historic Town Mural and conclude the one mile stroll at Zumy's coffee and ice cream shop on Market Street. Choose a word that Rev. Frieda will incorporate into a sermon!  Frieda will use the words you choose (you don't have to have the word now) in a single sermon of her choosing.  The words will be printed in the Order of Service so that the congregation can verify and testify to their use (by shouting "Amen!") . 
English words only and no offensive slang please!   A great way to make service a fun, entertaining, attention getting experience for all ages!

S28. An Afternoon at the Beach

 
 
Have fun in the sun this summer with Rev. Frieda, Jennifer, and some number of their kids.  We will pick you up at your home, provide a picnic lunch and return you home tired and happy. Frolic in the waves with Jennifer and the kids or lie in the sun with your lazy, I mean laid-back, minister or both!
We'll find a weekend date this summer. Winner and up to 3 guests are off on this adventure.
